| Keeper League Drafts - for new leagues:
E-mail Drafts: Your team roster is updated as you make the selections online! The draft timer will be set at 12 hours per selection. If the draft happens to run past seven days, the timer sets changes to 6 hours per selection. This type of draft will normally take 6 to 10 days to complete. The league software has a pre-draft function. When your league is full and becomes active, you will be able to view your league website for more information regarding draft operations. The draft Order for all drafts will be Random.
Keeper League Drafts - For Existing Leagues:
Drafts for Quest Rollover Leagues (Partial keeper) will be 12 rounds (serpentine). Drafts will be held in mid-August, and the draft timer will be set at 12 hours. Each team keeps 1 player at each postion (QB,RB,WR,TE,PK & DF/ST)
Determining Draft Order for Existing Keeper Leagues:
The draft picks from 7 through 12 are dictated by team's progress during the playoffs. The team that wins the league's Championship will have the 12th selection, while the league’s Championship runner-up will have the 11th selection. Selections 10 and 9 consist of the teams that lost in the conference championship round, with those two teams going through the tie breaker process, which is shown below. The higher of the two teams based off of the tie breaker will have the 10th selection, with the other team having the 9th selection. For selections 7 and 8, those consist of the teams that lost during the wild-card playoff round. Again, these two teams will go through the tie breaker selection, with the higher team landing the 8th selection and the lower team landing the 7th. For selections 1 through 6, these will consist of the 6 teams that did not make the playoffs the previous season. Their placement is based on how they finished the regular season, which is the end of week 13, the year before. The worst overall winning percentage will have the first pick, and the second worst winning percentage will be the second overall pick, etc.
The criteria used to figure the order is as follows: Overall winning percentage, then each team's total points scored (points for). A coin flip will be used as the final tie breaker.
Draft Notes: 1) Should there be a trade protest (veto vote) or unforeseen system problems, the draft may be delayed at the commissioner's discretion. The league commissioner will notify everyone if this situation arises.
2) In the event an owner allows the timer limit to expire, the league software will immediately select the best player available using current average draft position data. This service is provided for unforeseen emergencies. The software generated pick will not consider positional needs, so if you know you’re going to be busy or away from your computer please use Pre-Draft function. If you take the time to select players in the "My Draft List" the software will select from those selections before using the "average draft".
3) You must be able to field a starting lineup by the drafts conclusion. Please see “lineups".
Player Eligibility: Only players currently in the NFL, which means they are on an NFL team roster, are currently a NFL free agent player in search of a team or rookie players that were drafted to an NFL team (even if they’re unsigned) are eligible for the fantasy draft

Keeper League Schedule:
Teams start playing during week 1 of the NFL season. You play each team in your division twice and non-divisional teams once. The regular season lasts for 13 weeks; the playoffs begin in week 14 and the league Championship is in week 16.
Keeper League Reports:
Each week, all of the information, such as standings, available free agents, weekly results, game-by-game breakdowns and more, is posted online on your league’s web page. Starting lineups are posted BEFORE the games start
Keeper League - Free Agents:
Any player not currently on an active league roster is a free agent (NFL players only). The free agent selection order is set from worst record (overall winning percentage ) to best record (ties are broken by total points for). You cannot trade your weekly free-agent drafting position. If your team roster is full, if you acquire a player, then you must also drop a player. Each week the free agency function is in a "4-round" format. Teams can pick up 1 player per round (for a maximum total of 4 players). The lowest team picks first in all 4 rounds, and the best team picks last. Free agency is an active function from Weeks 1-13 (regular season), and requests must be submitted no later than 11 p.m. EST on Wednesday evening.
You can put your requests in at any time after a week's games have ended and before the deadline. If you are going to be away from the computer for an extended period of time, it is highly recommended to select your picks ahead of time to make sure your roster moves are done for the week. Players picked up are available immediately for that week's action or for trade to another team.
After the Worst to First waivers - there will be FCFS (first-come-first-served) waivers. Players dropped will not be available until the next Worst to First waivers. FCFS waivers will end at 1:00pm each Sunday. "Dropped Players" and "Waiver Wire Transactions" are final.

Keeper League Lineups:
Formats: All league types use flex lineups.
Either linup may be used each week.
Set 1 - 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 Team Def.
Set 2 - 1 QB, 1 RB, 4 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 Team Def.
Owners are permitted to submit starting players up until the respective player's game time. Once a game has begun, all players participating in that game are either locked in as a starter or as a bench player.
Throwing Games:
The act of “throwing games”, which is losing on purpose by submitting a lineup full of players that would not normally be started, will not be tolerated. The Commissioner will adjust the lineup in question by using pre-game average weekly rankings. Further action, such as the possible removal from the league, may be taken.

Keeper League Trading:
During Season :There is no limit to the number of players a team can trade in a given week. Both teams need to give approval and list terms of the trade for it to be confirmed. Once approved by the league Commissioner, the trade will be official. Trade results will be posted on the website for each league. As a trade is approved, the team(s) rosters will automatically be updated and a transaction record will be listed. Trades must be completed and confirmed by both sides before the first game of each week and can only be done during the league’s regular season (prior to Week 10). If a trade is proposed within 24 hours from kickoff, prior to review, each team must also submit a secondary lineup that does not include players picked up in the trade. This is to ensure that an additional lineup is available to revert to, in case the trade is questioned by the league, and then vetoed. Players acquired are available immediately for use in the lineup the week they are picked up. A player cannot be traded back to a team until 5 games have passed. This is to avoid collusion.
During Off-Season: During the off-season, you can make as many trades per month as you wish. They also have to be submitted via the website or via e-mail by both parties to the league commissioner. Upon approval, they will be listed on the website.
Trading of Draft Picks: Teams can trade draft picks for draft picks or draft picks and/or players. Future year draft picks can be traded, but each team involved must pay for the next year in full.
Protesting of Trades: The league has the ability to veto a trade that has 60 percent (six teams) of the league’s vote. The parties involved in the trade cannot vote for or against their own trade. A vote to veto a trade must be proposed within 24 hours of the trade becoming official in the regular season. In the off season, the league will have a 72 hour window to voice disapproval. If a trade is one-sided or collusion between owners is suspected, the trade will be vetoed. All steps will be taken to ensure fairness. If a trade receives 3 requests for a veto vote, the commissioner will either reverse the trade or allow it to go to a league vote. If the trade goes to league vote, the owners will have the final say in determining whether or not a trade can stand or be vetoed. The following criteria are the only criteria considered when voting against a trade.
1) Was collusion involved in this deal? 2) Was the trade obviously in favor of one team? If so, explain 3) Was this done with the intent of a “fire sale” in mind? Any time a trade makes it to vote, you must include a detailed explanation to the commissioner as to why you are voting against a trade.
All transactions are final.
